CLEANING AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A cleaning and damage deposit in the form of cash or credit card is required upon your arrival at check in. An open credit card is the method that we usually use. We expect the cottages to be returned to us in good condition. We will mop the floors, clean bathrooms, wash bedding, vacuum carpets, empty the grill.
The renter is responsible for the following:
All garbage cans emptied ,trash and recycling placed in dumpsters
stove, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave emptied/cleaned
Dishware cleaned and placed in original spot
Sheets only stripped from the beds that were used
Damages will be charged for the following:
Missing dishware
Spills, burns, stains, excessive dirt, on floors, walls, carpets, and furniture
Water and rain damage caused by windows and doors left open
Reservations are considered completed when a 50% deposit is received by Crown Point Resort. The remaining RENTAL FEE and TAX are due upon arrival. If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit and final payment are NOT REFUNDABLE unless Crown Point Resort can re-rent the cottage. We keep a waiting list and will do our best to fill the space.
